At A1 Techsolutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service purchased.
Service Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a service before work has started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Once work has commenced, refunds may not be available.
Non-Refundable Services
- Completed consulting services.
- Digital reports or downloadable resources already delivered.
- Customized business solutions created specifically for a client.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
